Lucky Gems & Jewelry Factory Ltd is a world's leading manufacturer of semi-precious stones products. We
manufacture from loose beads in strands to finished products like pendants, bracelets and necklaces using semi-precious stones, fresh water pearls and silver. We also custom make components to designers and produce finished products to some department stores. We supply to major wholesalers, retailers, designers and chain stores in North America and worldwide. Since we carry a wide array of products, our website just covers a small portion of our collections at the moment. We try to put new merchandise in website everyday so visit frequently to get the most updated idea.

PAYMENT TERMS:
All orders are shipped out by UPS COD, or credit card.
SHIPPING:
Prompt delivery is our goal. If your order is placed before 1:00pm eastern time, it will go out the same day. We use UPS, FEDEX or DHL for all the shipments and charge our customers with the best contracted rates. If you prefer, we can also use your carriers and billed to your own account.
MINIMUM ORDER:
We understand that sometimes you only need a few items for a special design or simply to refresh your current stock, so we have made a lower minimum order of only $100 per order. Any order that is less than the minimum will have a $10 surcharge.
VOLUME DISCOUNT:
Volume discounts are available for quantity buyers. Please email or call us to specify your quantity so that we will give you special prices.
RETURN OR EXCHANGES:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 10 days from the date of your invoice to receive a full credit towards your next purchase (less shipping and discounts). No restocking fee will be charged. Please contact us by phone or by email before you return. Unauthorized return or returns after our acceptance period will incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom order and clearance items are not returnable.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If you receive a damaged or broken product, you should contact us with 24 hours from the date of delivery. Since most the shipped merchandise are insured by the carriers, their insurance company will be responsible for the damage and give you payment. However, if you claim is made after 24 hours from the delivery, you will be responsible for the damage or claim the carrier by your own.
